These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Noreply Node website, omnichannel communication platform, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by your team members or automated bots.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Specifically, you must not:

• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk promotional content that violates local anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or use the API in a way that degrades the performance of Noreply Node or our third-party partners.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Process or transmit highly sensitive data (e.g., credit card numbers, PHI) through unencrypted channels unless explicitly supported by the platform.

Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Meta Compliance

Noreply Node facilitates connections to third-party APIs (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Workspace). By connecting these services, you agree to abide by their respective terms and policies (e.g., the WhatsApp Business Policy).

Disclaimer: Noreply Node is not responsible if your third-party account (e.g., WhatsApp Business Account) is restricted, banned, or throttled by the provider due to your messaging behavior, quality rating drops, or policy violations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party APIs.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in advance.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing upon providing a 30-day notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Noreply Node retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all underlying software, algorithms, UI/UX designs, and proprietary AI models. You retain all ownership rights to the customer data and message content you transmit through our platform. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noreply Node shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to your account or data; or (c) actions of third-party API providers.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and your data may be scheduled for deletion as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
